Heritage Golf Course
At the end of 2020 irrigation protection services were contracted by heritage golf course out of Marquette Michigan to install an entirely new irrigation station. After we came and performed an assessment; it was found the equipment including the building was no longer structurally sound and wouldn’t be safe for operation past 2020 season. We removed their current equipment and delivered the new fiberglass composite enclosure. The new station is capable of 1100 GPM @ 100 PSI; made possible by a 50 HP VFD between the main pumps and a 10 HP VFD dedicated to the jockey pump. We would like to thank the Marquette board of directors along with Craig Moore; Heritage Golf Course’s Superintendent for the opportunity to bring their course up to expectations
Gladstone Golf Club
Gladstone Golf Club hired irrigation protection services to do an assessment of their aging and labor-intensive pump station. The original suction life pump station was built in 1996, we worked closely with the board of directors to approve a replacement that was within budget, reduce maintenance costs. Along with upgrading the hardware, we also updated the software side with VFD controls and cloud monitoring. What was originally a 3-pump set (5HP, 30HP, 75HP) suction lift station was replaced with a (2) 50 vertical turbine pumps along with a 5HP pressure maintenance pump and a new discharge manifold connection to the existing main line. We utilized local contractors for equipment removal, installation, and electrical services. We would like to thank Mr. Bruce Cline; superintendent along with the board of directors for trusting us with replacing their pump station.
